9.00 – 13.30: Meeting c/o Savoia Country House (in front of Savoia Regency Hotel)

  • Welcoming by the hosting Italian partner Scuola Nazionale Servizi.
  • Project work planning, in particular for the WP 3 “Definition of an action plan for the ECVET process to be activated in field of professional figures in facility management within no core services related to health care sector with focus on logistic
  • WP 3 includes the activities aimed to define a coherent plan of activities for activating the ECVET process to the perimeter of professional figures defined within the WP 2. The definition of this ECVET action plan will be carried out through the collection, analysis and adaptation of experiences and best practices already realised on transparency and recognition of competences and qualifications, and on ECVET process activation.
  • Presentation, by each partner, of WP 2 (Analysis and preparatory researches on the field of professional figures in facility management within no core services related to health care sector with focus on logistic) results achieved at national level utilising the common tool defined during kick off meeting, particularly the detailed outline of the different professional figures detected in all participating Countries and the classification of all these professional figures within EQF via national qualifications frameworks and systems;
  • Presentation, by Mr Francesc Abad, of the advanced draft of the deliverable n. 8 “Report on preparatory analysis and researches on the field of professional figures in facility management within no core services related to health care sector with focus on logistic, and particularly of the hypothesis of common European perimeter of these professional figures, limited to EQF level 5 or lower, on which In The Middle will implement ECVET;
  • Discussion on the presented WP 2 draft report and its shared validation by the partners (the partners will also clarify the engagements for the quick translation of the report in their national languages and for its printing – cfr. Infopack 1)

11.30 : Coffee break

The WP 3, starting with the 2nd In The Middle  Meeting in Bologna, will have a duration of 3 months, till the 3rd In The Middle  Meeting in Madrid which will be held in the period 27th– 28th May 2014

The WP 3 will allow the production of 1 deliverable: an “Action plan for the ECVET process to be activated in the field of professional figures in facility management within no core services related to health care sector with focus on logistic, containing: a report on the research, analysis, and adaptation on experiences and best practices already realised on transparency and recognition of competences and qualifications, and on ECVET activation, in no core services related to the health care sector with focus on logistic and in the other EU VET sectorial context; the planning for the activation of the ECVET system in the field of professional figures in no core services related to the health care sector, defining strategies, activities and tools to be implemented by the partners to activate and develop the ECVET process. This  plan, defined on the basis of best practices collection and analysis, will focus on the involvement in this process, in each Country, of competent public institutions, interested social partners and VET providers, and on methods to design qualifications in units of learning outcomes with allocation of ECVET points.
